Mr. Arpit Raghav brings along with him over seventeen years of experience in Real Estate. His experience is in advising clients on transaction assignments across India. Arpit has worked in the Real Estate Consultancy world for 13 years and has overall 15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, in various leadership roles. He was also the client relationship and transaction manager to select global clients.

Mr Raghav has extensive experience in International standard construction and Project Management in India.

Mr. Raghav realized the growing need for a professional organization which could think globally and with his strong entrepreneurial acumen, he established a PMC to fulfill the pressing need for an India-centric project management consultancy in 2014, at a time when the nascent real estate industry was itself morphing from family run businesses to more transparent professionally driven organizations.

Mr. Raghav’s proficiency lies in providing leadership and direction for Project strategy, execution and competitive service delivery in a fast-changing environment. He has encompassed entire facets of Business & Operations in his career and significantly fortified the scope of services delivery across India, successfully leading functional and cross functional teams. Mr. Raghav is a professional, with successful experience in projects complying with International cost effective standards of quality, safety & time.

As PMC Expert, he has successfully utilized this depth of experience coupled with his understanding of the Indian real estate market to create an organization that ‘thinks globally’ but at the same time effectively addresses and responds to the ground realities of Project Management in India. It is under his direction that many projects and companies have grown from a core project management consultancy to a one-stop-shop service provider, which can offer specialized services in development solutions (due diligence & advisory, turnkey, design & build, construction management @ risk), design services, cost consultancy, quality & safety audits, programme management and process review services.
